Serves: 4 cups
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayo
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ t. tabasco
- 1 can whole corn drained
- 8 strips bacon cooked & crumbled
- Combine first five ingredients.
- Stir in corn & bacon.
- Cover & refrigerate several hours.
- Serve with corn chips.
Here’s an easy & delicious party dip. We think that the combination of textures with the corn & bacon make it a sure fave. Because, well, it’s bacon!
We love it with Fritos brand chips, but any type of chips, crackers, pita squares or raw veggies will do! Hope that you love it as much as we do!
