If you live down South, like I do, sometimes it’s just too hot to wear feathers! So what happens when you don’t want to WEAR your fabulous boa? No worries! There are surprisingly, lots of other things you can do with them…like make colorful and fun holiday wreaths!
I made one for my Christmas wreath, which I leave up all the way through January for my birthday! Everything in my life is celebrated with the color pink, of course!
I started with a simple syrofoam wreath mold, but you could use any kind of wreath form. I used 2 boas, a pink one and also a white one. You could just use 1 boa, if you want to keep it one color or possibly have a smaller wreath. I used straight pins to attach the boa to the wreath form. You could use hot glue but like I said, I live in the South and with the wonderful (ha!) humidity we have here, hot glue tends to not stick/stay in the humidity, so I chose the straight pin option. And then…TA-DA! You’re done! How easy is that?! Like I said I use mine for Christmas and my birthday month of January, but you can make one for every holiday.
